The Freedom Gundam was thus born, with the slogan "to bring down the hammer of justice on Naturals and win true freedom for Coordinators." X09A was named "Justice," and X10A was named "Freedom."
The X and A at the end of the model number stand for eXperiment Atomic, which means "nuclear-powered prototype".
