RX-0 Unicorn Gundam is a fictional weapon appearing in the Japanese anime series *Mobile Suit Gundam*. It is the flagship unit of the Earth Federation Forces' Space Force Reconstruction Project, "Project UC," and is painted white. After the UC Project was transferred to the Bicester Foundation, a foundation affiliated with Anaheim Electronics, its contents became a secret. Even within Anaheim Electronics, responsible for the development of the mobile suit, no one knew the full scope of the project. There is another mobile suit of the same type at the Earth Federation Forces headquarters, namely RX-0 2 UNICORN BANSHEE, the second Unicorn Gundam unit, "Banshee," whose biggest differences from the first unit are its purplish-black paint scheme and the "horn" on its head.
Special device NT-D system (NewType Destroyer):
As a mobile suit designed for Newtypes, its internal structure includes a psychoframe that allows it to resonate with other mobile suits possessing the same mechanism. Upon unlocking its limits, it activates the NT-D system, significantly enhancing propulsion and maneuverability. When it identifies or deems an enemy a Newtype, it creates a psycho-resonance field and forcibly seizes control of the enemy's psycho-weapons to destroy the target. When activating the NT-D system together with Unit-02, a resonance phenomenon occurs.
